Poor and lonely Satya finds friendship with a rich but neglected child, Naintara. Her parents resent this friendship and prevent their daughter from seeing Satya, resulting in her falling seriously ill. Only Satya's return can restore the child back to herself. He is willing to return but the police have warned him to keep away from the child indefinitely.
