The chefs had dry-aged rib eye steaks, ground beef, and peppered jerky to work with. Judges for the day included Alan Bedenko, food writer for Buffalo Spree magazine, Mary Luz Mejia, a Toronto-based food writer and television producer, and Kristen Becker, Buffalo's best comedian. Spring: Part Zapdos

A combination of Shit weather and an Injury (Landed badly on my toe, dunno exactly what I did to it) has made filming almost non existent for this video, did manage to get 2 indoor sessions filmed though. One of which was a practice session for a performance (forgot to record the final thing, but I think someone did), the other was gym session and my first time using a foam pit, so I got a few bits of progression filmed in it. This is one from the vault - the semi-final match between Mike Massey and Earl Strickland from the 1992 Tour Championship - from the Cook Convention Center in Memphis, Tn. This tournament featured the Meucci Shot Clocks - players are on a 20 second shot clock - two 20 minute halves. Great run out 9- ball, a few full-cue jump shots by both players - some familiar faces in the crowd - and Buddy Hall calling the action with Kevin Cusick.
